This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, call for records, issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties to show cause as to why the arrear salary of the petitioner from 01.02.2016 to 22.08.2018 shall not be released forthwith.
(ii) And further direct the Opp. Parties to pay interest on the arrear salary from the date of the order passed by the Opp. Party No.2 to release the arrear salary of the petitioner.
(iii) And if the Opp.Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, issue writ in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the Opp.Parties, especially Opp.Party No.4 to disburse the arrear salary as well as interest forthwith".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 04.08.2021 under Annexure-11-Series to the Writ
// 2 // Petition before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
