This case has been listed for correction of typographical error but unfortunately the scanned copy of TRP(CRL) No.61 of 2022 has not been provided. In place of TRP(CRL) 61 of 2022, the scanned record of TRP(C) 61 of 2022 has been integrated with this case under the heading TRP(CRL) No. 61 of 2022 which has resulted in unnecessary confusion.

As the file of TRP(CRL) No. 61 of 2022 is available, the same is referred to. Perusal of the order no.3 dated 09.09.2022 reveals that although the correct case number i.e. TRP(CRL) 61 of 2022 is indicated in the cause title but in the body of the order, the case has been referred to as TRP(C) 61 of 2022 in place of TRP(CRL) 61 of 2022.

On perusal of the order dated 09.09.2022, another typographical error in the 4th paragraph of the order is noticed. In place of "prayed for", "prayer for" has been typed. 4.

The said errors in order dated 09.09.2022 be corrected. 5.

Certified copy if already issued, be corrected by the office if required.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
