This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

The petitioner is an accused in Jodapadar (Gadisagada) P.S. Case No.124 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.218 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kanas, under Sections 452/294/354/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Puri, by order dated 22.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection which reveals that the petitioner has seven numbers of cases of similar nature, it is noted from the F.I.R. that the petitioner had threatened the informant on 15.03.2022 for which another F.I.R. was filed notwithstanding the

same, the petitioner committed similar offences on 19.04.2022, 21.04.2022 and the date of occurrence i.e. 22.04.2022 for which the present F.I.R. has been filed.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner and the allegation as revealed from the F.I.R., this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. Though, it is submitted vehemently by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.Rs are result of civil dispute. 7.

It shall be open for the petitioner to move for bail after conclusion of the investigation if so advised. 8.

Accordingly the BLAPL stands rejected.
