Undisputedly the writ petition involves an allegation of Order No.

affecting of the land of the School involved. It appears, allegation here is made by Alumni Trust, BBSR being formed by the passed-out students/ non-students of the School involved. For the opinion of this Court; if the land of the particular School is getting affected, it should be raised either by the School Authorities or even at the worst by the parents of the students presently reading in the School. The Alumni Trust, BBSR is holding their functioning on such ground and thus they have locus standi, cannot be a ground to interfere in the impugned action involved. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed. It is, however, made clear that dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand as a bar for
