2. Learned counsel for both the parties agree that the order dated 14.02.2013 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1526 of 2011 has been complied with in the meantime, and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
