Heard Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order of technical evaluation dated 14.07.2022 and financial evaluation dated 15.07.2022 in respect of the work "Construction of 2 nos. of HL Bridge with approach road over River Mahajal Nallah on Bhawanipatna, Rayagada Road, SH-6, At-CH.29.369 km. & 31.359 km. in the district of Kalahandi under NABARD Assistance, RIDF-XXVII" and further to issue direction to Opposite Party No. 1, to consider the representation and to make fresh evaluation. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-7 and the same

may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.
