CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order No.
ORDER
29.08.2022 1.
1.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.
There is no denial at Bar that the Mutation Authority cannot enter into the question of right, title and interest of third party. Admittedly, petitioner claims there is right over a property sought to be mutated on the basis of such documents. For there is no scope to get into the question of right, title and interest involving the parties, this Court finds no such direction can be given to the Tahasildar exercising under the Mutation Manual. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. However petitioner, if has any other remedy, may avail the same. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
