This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail application, another bail application has been filed in the court below without disclosing the fact that the present bail application is pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa.

Mr. Chand, learned counsel submits that inadvertently for which the Petitioner begs unconditional apology. 5.
In such view of the matter, learned trial court is directed to consider the show-cause in the light of the apology beg by the counsel for the Petitioner before this Court and decide the matter taking a lenient view in the matter.
