This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

The petitioner is an accused in Bolangir Town P.S. Case No.0068 of 2021 corresponding to Spl. G.R. Case No.13 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Bolangir, under Sections 452/294/354/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Balangir, by order dated 13.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into note of the fact that the petitioner is an outsider and that trial has already commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

The learned Court in seisin over the matter is requested to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the order.

Keeping in view that the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2021, it shall be open to the petitioner to move for bail in the event the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated. 8.

Accordingly the BLAPL stands rejected.
