This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of the C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No. 124 of 2022 filed by the opposite party-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Puri.

As there are a number of typographical error and omissions in the petition, Mr. S.K. Kalimuddine, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this TRP(C) with liberty to file a better application.

The prayer is allowed.
