The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction for consideration of his complaint submitted before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1. 3.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the Petitioner assails the acceptance of nomination of Opposite Party No.5, who by committing illegality, has been elected as Director and subsequently President of Bhubaneswar Co-operative Super Bazar Ltd. Since the election has already been conducted, the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bhubaneswar is not competent to consider the complaint made by the Petitioner.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
