Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the action of the State authorities for non-payment of the relief to the atrocity victim, who is protected and entitled to relief and rehabilitation under the S.C. & S.T. (P.A.) Act, 1989 and inaction of the State in providing timely and adequate relief including tardy implementation of the said Act. 4.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate
