2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"Admit and allow the writ petition of the petitioner and issue notice to the Opp. parties; After hearing the parties, to quash/set aside the order No.11, dated 8.3.2021 of Administrator Bharsuja PACS under Annexur-5, Direction may be issued to the Opp. Parties No.2 to 5 especially Opp. party No.5 & 6 to reinstate the petitioner with all other consequential benefits." 4.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.4 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if any such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the

// 2 // same shall be considered by Opp. party No.4 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
