Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Petitioner in reference to the previous order of this Court available at page-11 of the brief, submits through paragraph-6 direction there is already a direction to the competent authority, the Tahasildar, Guma to dispose of the demarcation proceeding at least within a period of four months from the date of filing such application. Taking this Court through Annexure-3, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to taking appropriate steps, there has been already a general proclamation inviting objection from the general public. Taking to the next page at annexure-4, page-25 of the brief, it is brought to the notice of the Court that there has been filing of report of the Revenue Inspector since 17.3.2022 . It is in the above circumstance it is alleged in spite of such development, the Tahasildar is sitting over the matter and not concluding the proceeding. For the conduct of the Tahasildar, this Court finds the Tahasildar is also in contempt for non-compliance of the order of this Court in the previous disposal of the writ petition. 3.

Be that as it may, to provide last opportunity, the Tahasildar is directed to conclude the demarcation proceeding involving Annexures-3 and 4 at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but

// 2 // however involving the parties likely to be affected. Failure of compliance of this order shall invite a suo motu contempt proceeding. 4.

A free copy of this order be handed over to the learned State Counsel for doing the needful.
