Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:-

1. Direct the opp.

party No.1 to afford opportunity of hearing of present petitioner by producing relevant materials on documents regarding order of termination passed by D.F.O Sundargrh Division dated 18.4.2022 from the post of Forester to Forest Guard due to poor performance in service and not for the doubt;

2. And further be pleased to quash under Annexure-2,4,8 & 9 passed by the D.F.O, Sundargarh division as illegal, arbitrary in the eye of law."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered

// 2 // by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
