1. This is an application for modification of order dated 14.11.2022 passed in MACA No.618 of 2019.

2. Heard Ms. S. Das, learned counsel for the Appellant as well as Mr. S.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the Appellant, the prayer is allowed. The expressions "M.A.C. Case No.56 of 2016" and "20th December, 2016" mentioned in 3rd paragraph of the order dated 14.11.2022 be corrected as "M.A.C. Case No.56 of 2017" and "20th October, 2016". The rest part of the said order remains unaltered. Certified copy be corrected accordingly.

4. The I.A. is disposed of.
