ORDER

11.03.2022 Order No.

01.

1.

This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner, an Anganwadi Worker, by way of writ petition, has challenged the order dated 7th July, 2010 of the Appellate Authority and Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar who dismissed the appeal. She questioned the action of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Bhubaneswar in terminating her engagement in the said appeal.

3.

The present writ appeal is against the order dated 2nd March, 2015 passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 1290 of 2010, wherein the following has been observed:- "It appears that due to erroneous entry of the number of the house in the residential certificate of the Petitioner, Opposite Party No. 8 was selected. The residential certificate was issued by the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar, for which the Petitioner was not selected, is not correct, since the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar has rectified the defect as per his letter vide Annexure-C/7.

P.T.O.

// 2 // On perusal of the writ petition, I do not find any merit in the impugned order to be interfered with the same." 3.

The Petitioner has filed a Memo dated 9th March, 2022 seeking permission to withdraw the writ appeal. 4.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. (Jaswant Singh) (M.S.Raman) Judge Judge Laxmikant March 11th , 2022 Cuttack
