This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after being released on interim bail dtd. 08.03.2021 an extention was sought for and by order dtd. 27.04.2021 this Court rejected extension of interim bail.

It is stated at the Bar that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no instruction as to the present status of the accused-petitioner. In that view of the matter, this BLAPL is dismissed for non-prosecution since no other learned counsel has engaged in the meanwhile.

The Superintendent of Police, Koraput is directed to take all effective steps to apprehend the accused and submit a report to

this Court regarding the steps taken for bringing the accusedpetitioner. 6.

The BLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.

8.

A copy of this order may be handed over to the learned State Counsel and the Registry is called upon to send a copy of the same to the S.P., Koraput.
