1. Considering that the issues raised in the present petition appear to be answered by the judgment dated 13th July,2021 of this Court in W.P(C) No.5449 of 2018 (M/s. Maa Bhairabi Industries LLP v. State of Odisha), a direction is issued to the Director of Industries to re-examine the prayers of the present Petitioner as made in its application dated 30th October,2017 (Annexure-8) notwithstanding any earlier decision that may have been taken in regard to the sanction and disbursement of the capital investment subsidy under the Odisha Food Processing Policy,2013 (OFP Policy,2013).

2. The fresh decision of Opposite party No.2 be taken after hearing the Petitioner by passing a reasoned order on or before 9th January, 2023. The said decision shall be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 16th January, 2023. If the Petitioner

// 2 // is aggrieved by the decision of Opposite Party No.2, it will be open to it to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
