This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

We have shown the statement of the victim girl whose name has been withheld by us for protecting her identity in the public records as recorded by the J.M.F.C. Kujanga under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. to Mr. G. Muduli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In the said statement, the victim has categorically stated that she left the house of the petitioner on 17.06.2022. She was major on that day. She left the house of the petitioner on her own volition and nobody had kidnapped and abducted her. She has further stated that on 20.08.2022 she had married one Biswajit Mallik in the Baba Nanguli Matha and Maa Tarini Temple, Jadupur Kendrapada. 4.

She has been living with that Biswajit Mallick and leading a happy conjugal life.

In view of the above statement, this proceeding has become infructuous and accordingly the same is disposed of. 6.

The written instruction which contains all the materials like the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. of the victim and the statement as recorded by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kujanga of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The said statement has been produced by Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Opposite Parties. We return the written instrurction to Mr. S.S. Kanungo. (S.
