The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties to reject the candidature and election of Opposite Party Nos.5 and 6 as committee members of Kathuamal Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society Ltd., Kathuamal in the district of Bargarh alleging that they are disqualified under Section 28(3)(P) of the Odisha Cooperative Societies Act, 1962.

At this stage, Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy before the Election Officer.

This Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner disposes of this writ petition as withdrawn.
