This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Bhuban P.S. Case No.214 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.202 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Bhuban, under Sections 457/380 of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kamakhyanagar, by order dated 21.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter including that he shall appear before the local police station once every week till submission of final form.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
