The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the work order issued in favour of opposite party no.4 in respect of the Bid Item No.13, and to issue direction to the opposite party no.3 to award the same work along with the Bid Item No.3 in his favour within a stipulated time.

As it appears, the Notified Area Council, Athmallik invited bids bearing Bid Identification No.ALKN-22/2014-15 under Annexure-1. Since in the meantime, the period of tender has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
