This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this CMP prays for a direction for early disposal of CS No.322 of 2007 pending before learned 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar. 3.

On being asked learned counsel could not satisfy the Court as whether the matter is ready for hearing. He also could not make any submission with regard to urgency in the matter. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in the CMP. However, the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an application for early disposal of the suit stating the grounds therein, when the suit becomes ready for hearing and in that event, learned trial Court may consider such application and proceed with the matter in accordance with law. 5.

Accordingly, the CMP is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
