Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein for early disposal of R.P. Case No.357 of 2005, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to conclude the aforesaid R.P. Case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however providing opportunity to the parties likely to be affected.
