1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties more particularly the Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Jajpur to count his Assured Career Progression (ACP) by taking into account 15 years of his service from the date of his appointment.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Jajpur ventilating his grievance. But the same is pending before the authority since 26.10.2021. Hence, he submits that the

// 2 // Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Jajpur may be directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Jajpur is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of presentation/production of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition. The Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Jajpur shall also communicate the outcome of the representation to the Petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
