Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves an allegation of not working out the desired action by the Tahasildar, Aul pursuant to disposal of R.P. Case No.540/2009 decided on 19.12.2012 and communicated on 18.1.2013.

This Court finds surprise in the action of the Tahasildar, O.P.2. In disposal of the Writ Petition, to avoid further loss of time, this Court directs O.P.2 to work out the direction of the Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Cuttack at least within a period of one month provided there is no challenge to such revisional order in higher forum and there is no stay of operation of such order being passed by the higher forum.
