Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The limited prayer of Mr.Manas Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction from this Court to surrender and move for regular bail in connection with Baghamari P.S. Case No.57 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.747 of 2022 in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda on the grounds stated therein. 3.

In view of the above submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the S.D.J.M., Khurda on or before 30th September, 2022 in the first hour in connection with Baghamari P.S. Case No.57 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.747 of 2022 and in the event of surrender, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper. However, in the event of rejection, the petitioner may move the higher forum on the same date by

maintaining the parity if the same is available to him. For the above purpose, case diary be made available at the cost of the petitioner. 4 .

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
