This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application at this stage. However, he seeks a direction to the trial Court to expedite trial and to conclude the same within a period of four months. Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as not pressed.

Learned trial Court is directed to make endeavour to conclude the trial within four months. In the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period from the date of production of certified copy of this order, it is open for the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail and in such event the bail application shall be considered without being influenced by any other factor.
