This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Badagada P.S. Case No.82 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1483 of 2022, pending in the file of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, under Section 306 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 01.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the submission of charge-sheet which has already been filed on 18.06.2022 under Section 306 of IPC and keeping in view that the petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
