This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in G.R. Case No.124 of 2022 arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No.137 of 2022, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Sonepur, under Sections 273/274/275/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepur, by order dated 28.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the submission of charge-sheet on 31.07.2022 and the period of custody from 08.07.2022, keeping in view the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
