This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Town Police Station Case No.264 of 2022 in corresponding to G.R. Case No.583 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of her application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhenkanal, by order dated 25.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking note of the allegation vis-à-vis petitioner from the order of rejection and keeping in view that the petitioner is a lady and considering the proviso under Section 437(1) of the Cr.P.C., this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

7.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till submission of final form.

8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
