Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

In para-5 of the order dated 08.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9398 of 2022, the words "C.T. Case" be corrected and substituted by the words "G.R. Case" and the words "S.D.J.M., Rourkela" be corrected and substituted by the words "J.M.F.C.(Rural), Rourkela". Further, the last line of para-4 be deleted and substituted by the following words - "However, allegation has been made that some unknown persons have stolen certain articles from the hospital".

// 2 // Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to make necessary corrections in the body of the bail application in court today, so far as the name of the case and court is concerned. 4.

Order dated 08.08.2022 is modified to the above extent only, and the I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
