03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. J. Patnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.K.J. Samanta, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "In view of the aforestated facts and circumstances, the Petitioner, therefore, most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to Admit this Writ Petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties, and upon hearing be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Opp. Party No. 1 to dispose of the L.A. Case No. 13 of 2022 early stipulating the period therefore, and pass Orders preventing/prohibiting the Opp. Parties No. 3 & 4 from repossessing the assetTractor, till disposal of the L.A. Case as aforesaid, And this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass such order/issue direction as may be deemed just and proper in the bona fixe interest of justice;

And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

4. Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made in the writ Petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction on the learned Permanent & Continuous Lok Adalat, Puri to dispose of L.A. Case No. 13 of 2022 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
