1. By filing the present petition, the petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 18.05.2022 disposing of W.P.(C) No.12365 of 2022.

2. Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party produces the office order no.2562 dated 05.08.2022 issued by the opposite party-Director of Nursing, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, wherein the Director has allowed the petitioner and similar other initial appointee Nursing Officers to complete their higher study (M.Sc/PBBSc. Nursing) as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the notification issued vide Government of Odisha, Health & Family Welfare Department Notification No.6524/H dated 29.03.2022. Copy of the said communication dated 05.08.2022 produced by the learned Additional Sanding Counsel before this Court, is taken on record.

3. It is submitted that in view of the order having been complied with, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

4. None appears for the petitioner to refute the above submissions.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
