2. The Contempt has been filed alleging that the order dated 20th December, 2018 has not been complied with.

3. Mr. Mohapatra states that against the aforesaid order, the department had filed a SLP No.22987 of 2019, wherein the operation of the order dated 20th December, 2018 was stayed vide order 20th September, 2019. Thus, he submits that the present contempt proceedings have become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Sahu concedes that nothing more survives in the present contempt.

5. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the CONTC is disposed of.
