This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ commanding the Opp. parties more particularly Opp. Party No.2 & 5 to immediately release and disburse the legitimate retiral dues of the petitioner as indicated under Annexure-3 in consonance with the judgment dt.4.3.2020 passed in W.P.(C ) No.25638 of 2014 under Annexure-6 with interest @ 9% from the date of entitlement to till its payment/realization within a specified time."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

It is observed that while taking such a decision, the order passed by this Court in W.P(C ) No.25638 of 2014 be taken into account.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
