The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the opp. parties more particularly Opp. Party No.2 and 5 to immediately release and disburse the legitimate retiral dues of the petitoner as indicated under Annexure-2 in consonance with the judgment dt.4.3.2020 passed in W.P.(C ) NO.25638 of 2014 under Annexure-5 with interest @ 9% from the date of entitlement to till its payment/realization within a specified time."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-3 series to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition and taking into account Annexure-5 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
