This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of C.P. No. 536 of 2019 filed by the Petitioner under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act'), at an early date. 3.
Mr. Parida, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the civil proceeding has been filed by the Petitioner for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce. Although P.W.1 has already examined herself, but due to non-cooperation of Respondent, the matter is lingering. Hence, he prays for a direction for the aforesaid relief.

Taking into consideration the fact that hearing of the civil proceeding has already commenced, this Court disposes of this writ petition with an observation that the Petitioner may cooperate with learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of C.P. No. 536 of 2019. In the event any of the parties to the civil
// 2 // proceeding does not cooperate with learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for its early disposal, it is open for the Court to take coercive measure against him/her.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
