This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner while continuing in service, he was allowed to take voluntary retirement w.e.f 31.3.2008. It is submitted that out of his entitlement, he is yet to get a sum of Rs.2,05,140/-. Since the same was not released in his favour, he approached Opp. Party No.2 under Annexure-3 on 28.12.2021. It is submitted that in spite of such request made under Annexure-3 series, the petitioner is yet to be disbursed with the said amount. It is also submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court similar benefit has been extended in favour of other employees who were also allowed to take VRS.

In view of that while disposing the writ petition, this Court directs Opp. party No.2 to release the aforesaid amount in consideration of Annexure-3 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
