Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's direction dated 8th September, 2022 in CRLMC No.2107 of 2022.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur on or before 30th January, 2023 in connection with 2(a) CC Case No.155 of 2021 in compliance of the order dated 8th September, 2022 of this Court in CRLMC No.2107 of 2022.
