Heard Mr.P.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr.Panda, the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the authorities more particularly the Competent Authority of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (opposite party No.2) in neither determining the compensation amount nor disbursing the same in her favour though right of user in Plot No. 224 appertaining to Khata No.

243/157 covering an area Ac.0.38.04dec. in Mouza-Bangargaon under P.S.-Remuna in the district of Balasore has been acquired by the competent authority under the Petrolium and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 . 3.

During course of hearing Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Competent Authority Indian Oil Corporation Limited in the district of Balasore (opposite party No.2) and further prays that a direction may be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision of her representation within a specific time period.

Considering such submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party No.2 along with a copy of this order through registered post with A.D. within a period of two weeks hence. In the event, such representation is received by the opposite party No.2, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
