Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

Mutation application since filed on 2nd March, 2022, the same should have been disposed of by this time. Considering there is considerable delay in disposal of the mutation application, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Ranpuropposite party no.3 to dispose of the Mutation Case No.546 of 2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order from the petitioner, if necessary entering into special messenger notice service on the opposite parties therein at the cost of the petitioner.
