This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in Nandapur P.S. Case No.72 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.508 of 2022, , pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Koraput, under Sections 376(2)(n)/294/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Koraput, by order dated 23.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.

Considering the tenor thereof and keeping in view that investigation has not been concluded, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
