Petitioner claims to be the sole Proprietor of Order No.

M/s. Agro Impex, a Proprietorship concern, which had availed a Cash Credit facility from Syndicate Bank, Balasore Branch (now Canara Bank), DistrictBalasore, and by filing the present writ petition challenge has been laid to direct the Opposite Party to sell the seized mortgaged property and to recover the outstanding loan amount.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner realizing that the pleadings of the writ petition are not in correct and proper form, prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition to enable the petitioner to file a fresh one with better particulars.
