For the reasons stated, the I.A. stands allowed. 2.

In fact, this Court by order dated 11th August, 2022 directed the petitioner to surrender and move for bail subject to deposit of Rs.1.5 lac.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not arrange the money against the amount of Rs.1.5 lac so as to deposit the same before the trial court as has been directed by this Court and therefore, the period of surrender should be extended by another three weeks.

In view of the above and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is inclined to extend the period of surrender.

Accordingly, it is ordered.

The petitioner is hereby directed to surrender before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul within three weeks from today and comply the directions of this Court dated 11th August, 2022. 7.

An urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
