This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.35 of 2021 pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge, Malkangiri arising out of Mathili P.S. Case No.41 of 2021, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S Act and is in custody since 04.03.2021. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Malkangiri by order dated 25.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Since trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 6.

Taking into account that the petitioner is stated to be 19 years old and in custody since 04.03.2021, learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to conclude the trial within a period

of three months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order failing which it shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
