The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 13th August, 2015 (Annexure-3) passed by the Commissioner, Lands Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack in Revision Petition No. 1468 of 2000.

Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and wants to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The interim order dated 2nd December, 2015 passed in Misc. Case No. 17433 of 2015 stands vacated.
