It is alleged by the learned counsel for Petitioner that in spite of Order No.
filing of a demarcation case at the instance of the Petitioner since 17.07.2019, neither the same is being registered nor any action is being undertaken to resolve such dispute.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs, in the event any such demarcation case at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending before the Tahasildar, Kishorenagar, the same shall be registered and disposed of involving the parties likely to be affected, within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
