It is alleged by the learned counsel for Petitioner that even Order No.

though the Mutation Case at the instance of the Petitioner has been filed since 2.02.2022, the same has not been registered as yet. 2.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs, in the event any such Mutation Case at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending before the Tahasildar, Champua, the same shall be registered and disposed of involving the parties likely to be affected, within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
